Lawyers from the Aleksić Law Office with associates, Milana Tucović and Sofija Marić,
participated at the 32nd Annual Conference on ’’Business law and challenges of sustainable
business’’.

At the traditional consultation, the opening speech was given by the honorary president of
the Association of Lawyers in the economy, prof. emeritus dr Mirko Vasiljević, where he
presented his opinion on the topic of ’’Contractual deviations of some rights regulated by
law of members of business companies in a dispositive manner from the principle of
proportionality of capital participation in company law’’. The president of the association,
prof. dr Nataša Petrović Tomić, officially opened the 32nd meeting which topic was
’’Business law and challenges of sustainable business’’.
