BIOGRAPHY
Tamara Ramač is Head of Corporate and Commercial department, and a member of Managing Committee. She continuously assists clients on various day-to-day legal matters, specifically on incorporation of businesses, drafting and negotiating corporate documentation and commercial contracts, bankruptcy proceedings, corporate restructuring and liquidation of companies. She specialises in corporate law as well as contracts and torts law.
