Ivana Maras and Mircea Caran of Aleksic &Associates, attended the regional conference ″Business with Purpose″ held on November 7, 2019, as well as the regional SEE NPL Forum held in Belgrade on November 22, 2019.

The conference ″Business with Purpose″ was organized by the consulting firm DR Gilbert, specialising in courses and staff training for companies operating in various economic sectors.

On that occasion, the attendees had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the concept of doing business with purpose and to improve their leadership and communication skills, as well as to discuss topics like loyalty and personal development.

The SEE NPL Forum was held on 22 November and brought together more than 100 participants from Central and Southeastern Europe, emphasizing the importance of dialogue on the NPL market, its financial potential and importance for the health of the regional economy. The attendees were able to hear more about the trends, potentials and new strategies of the regional NPL market. Aware of the importance of this dynamic market, and in an effort to provide comprehensive advice to their clients, representatives of the banking and finance team of Aleksic & Associates attended this year’s SEE NPL Forum.
