This year, the conference once again brought together representatives of the judiciary, the legal profession, the insurance sector, and academia to discuss current practical issues and exchange views on contemporary challenges in applying regulations related to compensation for damages and insurance.

As part of the program, participants had the opportunity to review the latest developments in case law and the regulatory framework through expert presentations and discussions. Furthermore, they exchanged experiences on matters of direct relevance to daily practice in this specialized field of law.
