Professor Dr. Vladimir Kozar, a special advisor to Aleksić & Associates presented his article “Unenforceable Currency Clause – Limitation of the Freedom to Provide Financial Services and Violation of Legal Security” at the 15^th Annual May Counseling “The Right to the Provision of Services and Legal Protection,” which was held on May 17, 2019 at the Law Faculty in Kragujevac.

The paper presents legal provisions, positions of the court practice, as well as the opinions of the legal science, about the validity of the currency clause in loan agreements. The event gathers more than 80 legal science professionals.
